1: Is your farm certified as JAS organic?

No. However, we are in a process of applying for the certificate since we get so many questions regarding this.

 

2: How much is your minimum order quantity?

We kindly ask you ot order minimum 5kg in total. A combination of other green teas (per kg) is acceptable.

If you are the first time cutomer, MOQ is 3kg.

 

3: Do you have any experience exporting overseas?

Yes our products are currently sold in Asia, North America, Oceania and Europe.

 

4: How much can you ship?

Since we are running family owned business and also doing classic organic farming, we cannot produce like a big company. It depends on the product, but our maximum quantity of products we can ship is about 100-150kg at a time.
