Frozen Black Tea
Since our tea fields are located in highlands, the temperature between March and April gets pretty cold. We use frost prevention fans, but sometimes leaves still get frozen. Black tea made from frozen leaves has similar effect to ice wine. It tastes sweeter.
Not available in warm winter.
Boiling water for 150-180 sec.
